Control whether we keep your photos and results to improve item recognition.
What this switch is
Help improve item recognition is the control. We keep the photos and results from your items and use them to make recognition better for everyone.
Turn it off any time and we stop keeping new ones.
It is on to start with
The switch starts on for a new workspace. You can turn it off whenever you like, and nothing else about listing changes when you do.
It is set per workspace rather than per person, so one switch covers your whole team.
Turn it off
- Open Settings, then Listing AI.
- Find Help improve item recognition.
- Switch it off.
The switch saves on its own. You do not need to do anything else.
Owners and Admins can change this. Members cannot.
What changes when you turn it off
We stop using new photos and results from your workspace going forward.
A model that has already been trained keeps what it learned. We cannot pull that back out.
Everything else works the same. You still get drafted names, descriptions and categories, and Identify still runs.
