The terms and the privacy policy are the documents that actually bind us. This page points at them and nothing more, so that there is only ever one version of what we promised.

For the everyday version of the photo and training parts, we have How we use your photos and Training the AI. Those two are summaries written for reading. The policy is the one that counts.
When we change them
We update both pages when our practices or the product change. Each page carries the date it last took effect, so you can tell whether you are reading something new.
You agreed to these when you signed up, and you can read them any time without signing in.

If something in either document is unclear, email support@raresync.com and ask. A plain-English answer about what a clause means is a fair thing to want.
