Change your plan

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Choose Change plan, or find the plan you want in the list.
3. Choose Switch to this plan.
4. Confirm.

Your current plan is marked, so you can always see where you are before you move.

Cancel your plan

1. Open Settings, then Billing.
2. Choose cancel.
3. Confirm.

You keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing stops on the day you cancel.

The Current Plan card changes from Renews on to Cancels on, with the date. That date is when access ends.

Change your mind

While a cancellation is scheduled and the date has not arrived, a Keep subscription button appears on the Current Plan card.

Choose it and the cancellation is called off. Your plan carries on as if you never touched it.

When the change happens

Billing shows the date. Some changes take effect straight away, others wait for your next renewal, and the screen tells you which.

If a change has not shown up after a minute, refresh the page. Payments take a moment to settle and the screen catches up on its own.

What happens to your items

Your catalog stays. Cancelling does not delete anything.

What you lose is access. Once a cancelled plan reaches its end date, RareSync locks the paid parts of the app and asks you to pick a plan. Your catalog is still there, waiting, and it comes straight back when you subscribe again.

Moving to a smaller plan can put you over its limits. Nothing is deleted, but you may not be able to add more until you are back under. See Limits on your plan.
