What each plan includes
Where to find the live plans and prices, and how the tiers differ.
See current plans in RareSync
Open Settings, then Billing. That screen lists every plan available in your country, what it costs, and what it includes.
We keep the numbers there rather than here on purpose. Prices and limits change, and they differ by country. A help page that repeats them is a help page that will be wrong one day without anyone noticing.
What you get on every plan
Search, Describe, and Identify are on every plan. Identify has a daily cap; see that page.
What actually changes between plans
Two things, broadly.
How much you can do. Plans differ on how many stores you can connect, how many accounts you can have on one store, how many listings you can keep active
, and how many seats you have. See Limits on your plan.
Making your own roles. Every plan has roles, and Owner, Admin and Member work the same everywhere. Higher plans let you create your own roles and set exactly what they can touch. See What each role can do.
Everything that stops you overselling works on every plan. We are not going to sell you a broken version of the thing you are paying us for.
Paying monthly or yearly
Billing has a Monthly and Yearly switch above the plans. Flip it to compare. Yearly pricing shows on the same cards.
Free trial
If your plan started as a trial, Billing shows when it ends and what happens next. You can cancel during a trial without paying.
Enterprise
Running something bigger, or need an arrangement the plans do not cover? There is a Contact us option at the bottom of the plans list, or email support@raresync.com and tell us what you need.
Who can see and change this
Owners and Admins. Settings still lists Billing for a Member, but opening it shows them a message that they do not have permission to view it.
