Limits on your plan

What is capped, where to see your own numbers, and what to do at a limit.

See your limits in Billing

Open Settings, then Billing. Your plan shows the limits that apply to you, and the Current Plan card tracks your usage as you go.

The numbers are not written down here on purpose. They change by plan and by country, and the live screen is the one to trust.

What gets capped

  • Stores. How many different platforms you can connect. Square and Shopify count as one each.
  • Accounts per store. How many separate accounts you can connect on the same platform, for a shop that runs more than one.
  • Active listings. How many items you can keep active at once.

Search and Describe have no monthly allowance on the published plans today. Identify is capped daily; see that page.

The Current Plan card shows Active listings as you use them, so you can see a limit coming.

When you hit a limit

RareSync stops the action that would go over and tells you which limit you reached. Nothing you already have is deleted or hidden.

What to do depends on which one you hit.

Active listings. Archive items you are not selling any more. Archiving frees the slot and keeps the item, so you can bring it back later. See Delete an item.

Stores or accounts. Disconnect one you are not using, or move up a plan. See Disconnect a store.

Moving to a smaller plan

You can end up over a limit by moving down rather than by growing. If that happens, everything stays where it is and stays readable. You simply cannot add more until you are back under the cap.
