Set up your account

Signing up takes about a minute. You give us an email, pick the country you sell in, and agree to the terms. Everything else can wait.

Sign up with an email

1. Open app.raresync.com.
2. Choose sign up.
3. Enter your email and a password. Passwords need at least 8 characters.
4. Pick your country and tick the box to agree to the terms.
5. Choose Create Account.

Sign up with Google

If you would rather not keep another password, use Google.

1. Open app.raresync.com.
2. Choose Continue with Google.
3. Pick the Google account you want to use.
4. After Google sends you back, pick your country and tick the box to agree to the terms, then choose Finish Setup.

Remember which one you picked. You will need the same account every time you sign in.

Pick your country

We ask for your country during sign up, and it does more than it looks like it does. Your country sets:

• the currency your prices show in
• which plans you can buy
• how we bill you

Choose the country your business is based in. If we cannot bill in that country yet, the form tells you on the spot and will not create the account. If you signed up with Google, you can join a waitlist from the finish screen.

You can change it later in Settings, then Workspace. See Your workspace.

Accept the terms

You tick a box agreeing to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy before your account is created. Both open in a new tab if you want to read them first.

You can read them any time at Terms and Privacy.

What happens next

Your workspace is ready as soon as your account is. A workspace is your shop inside RareSync: your catalog, your team and your settings all sit inside it. New accounts start a 7-day free trial of Pro. We do not ask for a card.

From here you can start adding items, or go straight to Connect Square if your stock already lives in a store.
