Suggest a feature
Choose Ask for something and describe what would make RareSync better for your shop.
Your suggestion comes to us privately. Nobody else sees it. We read every one, and if it is something several shops are asking for, it goes up on the board where everyone can vote on it.
Say what you are trying to do rather than what button you want. "I lose track of which supplier an item came from" tells us more than "add a supplier field", and it usually gets you a better answer.
Vote on an idea
Open the board and put your votes on the cards you care about.
You can put more than one vote on a single idea. If there is one thing you want above everything else, put all three on it. That says more than spreading them around.
How many votes you get
Three. That is the whole budget, and it is deliberate.
- You can spend all three on one idea, or split them.
- To back something new when you are out, take a vote back off something else.
- When an idea ships or we decide against it, your votes come back to you automatically.
Three votes forces a real answer to what matters most, which is the thing we actually need to know.
What the labels mean
Each card carries its status:
- Considering. On our radar. Voting is open.
- Planned. We are going to build it. Voting is open.
- In progress. Being built now. Voting is open.
- Shipped. It is live. Your votes are back.
- Not doing. We decided against it. Your votes are back.
Only the first three take votes. A closed card says so on its face.
