Emails we send
Each kind of update has its own setting on the Account screen. You choose Immediate, Digest, or Off per category.
- Catalog and sync. New products, completed syncs, possible duplicates. These default to a digest so they do not arrive one by one.
- Connections. A store connected, changed, or removed.
- Team. Joins, role changes, and removals.
- Billing. Trial reminder emails. Receipts and failed-payment mail come from Stripe.
- Account. Sign-in, password, export, and account notices.
- Marketing. Product news, tips, and offers. Off until you turn it on.
A digest waits until the hour you pick (daily, or one weekday). Immediate sends as soon as the event happens.
Turn emails on or off
- Open Account.
- Find Notifications.
- Set the cadence for each category. Changes save as you make them.
Turn marketing off freely. Nothing important arrives that way.
SMS, push, and webhook rows are listed but not available yet.
Some messages have to reach you whatever your settings say. A trial ending, a password reset, or a disconnected store is one of them, because the alternative is you losing access and never finding out why.
Alerts inside the app
Short notices appear while you work: an item saved, a sync started, something that needs your attention.
These are not settings you turn off. They come and go on their own.
The one worth watching for is the Conflicts Detected card on the Sync screen, because items sitting there are not syncing. See When two versions disagree.
Anonymous data about screens
Product Analytics, under Privacy & Data on the Account screen, tells us which screens people use and where they get stuck. It does not include your catalog and we do not sell it.
Switch it off and tracking from that browser stops immediately. Nothing else about your account changes.
Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
