Your profile and email
Change your name, and what to do about your email address.
Your profile is short on purpose. Open Account to find it, under Profile.
Change your name
Edit Name and choose Save Changes at the top.
This is the name your team sees next to your activity. It is yours, and it is separate from your workspace name, which is your shop's. See Your workspace.
Your email address
Your email is shown on the Profile card and cannot be edited there.
Your email is how you sign in, so changing it is a security matter rather than a settings tweak. If you need to move your account to a different address, email support@raresync.com from the address the account uses now, and tell us the new one.
Choose a theme
Under Appearance, Theme offers Light, Dark and System.
System follows whatever your phone or computer is set to, which is usually the one you want.
Your photo
RareSync does not have profile photos. There is nothing to upload and nothing you are missing.
Saving your changes
Account settings are not saved as you type them. Choose Save Changes at the top of the screen when you are done.
If you leave with something unsaved, a small bar appears offering Save Now or Discard.
