What a listing is
A listing is this catalog item on one connected store. The same mug can have a Square listing and a Shopify listing. RareSync keeps them tied to one catalog item.
Open an item, then open the Listings section. Each card is one store.
Open a listing
When a store already has the item, you can open that listing on the store’s own site or admin. Use that when you need to see what shoppers see, or to check a detail RareSync does not show.
Pause sync for one item
You can pause sync for this item on one store without disconnecting the whole store. Pausing stops RareSync from updating that listing until you turn sync back on for the item.
Use pause when you want to edit on the store yourself for a while, or when a listing should stay put while you fix the catalog item.
Categories and stores
Category settings live on Sync. They decide how your workspace categories match each store’s own categories. See Your categories.
